The Aberdeen Central Cross Country girls are ranked first in the State AA cross country poll from runsodak.com. The Golden Eagles has won two team titles in two tries this season, led by Hannah Kastigar's two individual titles. Also ranked first in the B ranks are both the Lemmon girls and boys.

Cross country team ready to kick off year
For the first time in more than 15 years, the Sidney cross country program will have a new coach as Katie Haase will take over the reins from long-time coach Virginia Dschaak. Haase, a 2007 Sidney High School graduate, re-joins the Eagle cross country program after participating in the sport during her sophomore and junior seasons.

Cross Country. Clemson Cross Country Invitational Information
The Tiger cross country program will play host to nine schools on Friday, Sept. 17 at the Clemson Invitational. It will serve as Clemson's first home cross country meet since the 2006 season. The event will be held at Musser Farms, a fruit research middle on university property. The venue is located just nine miles from Clemson's campus.
